On 30 November 2012 Austria published an amendment to the Used Electrical Equipment Ordinance of 2005.
The Ordinance contains provisions on "Market surveillance", "CE Marking and Assumption of Conformity" and "EU Declaration of Conformity.
Amendments are also made to several Sections of the base law.
This amendment will implement the new RoHs Directive 2011/65 EU.
