According to regulations, enterprises whom have obtained registration certificates for manufacturing and using major controlled hazardous chemicals must submit a report and management plan annually before 31 January of that year. The report to be submitted covers the release and transition of major controlled hazardous chemical and chemical pollutants and also the management plan on environmental risk prevention and control of major hazardous chemicals. The report consists of seven tables and companies must fill in Table 1, 2, and 3 which includes information on major controlled hazardous chemical release and transition, total quantity of major controlled hazardous chemical release and transition. The management plan consists of three tables which require information on implementation of the plan in the previous year and the plan for the current year. Companies must also include information on technologies they’re using to reduce pollutant discharge, their pollution prevention plan, environmental risk control measures, capacity improvement, implementation procedure, investment and intended effect.
