The series of standards set out requirements on the disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) including LCD TV and monitors, plasma TV and monitors, CRT TV and monitors, printers, copiers, laptops, and desktops. The standards contain provisions on waste disposal, work procedures, pollution control, safety and sanitation conditions, and requirements on documentation and records. The closing date for public comments is November 20th, 2013.
