Responsible for managing all aspects of operations and business lines in the US and Europe, Aisling will support the provision of products and services for both existing and new clients. Based in the Cork headquarters, she will also oversee the continuing alignment of product development with client needs. Prior to Compliance & Risks, Aisling held senior roles with SITEL, Telstra and CareChoice and has extensive expertise in scaling operations to meet the demands of growing business. With 25 years experience in operations, finance, staff development and process improvement, she has worked in sectors such as Business Process Outsourcing, Technology, Telecommunications and Health Care in Australia and Ireland.
