The substances are: - cadmium sulphide, which has been added because of its carcinogenicity and because of serious concerns regarding its effects on human kidneys and bones; - disodium 3,3'-\[\[1,1'-biphenyl\]-4,4'-diylbis(azo)\]bis(4-aminonaphthalene-1-sulphonate) (C.I. Direct Red 28), also added because of its carcinogenicity; - disodium 4-amino-3-\[\[4'-\[(2,4-diaminophenyl)azo\]\[1,1'-biphenyl\]-4-yl\]azo\] -5-hydroxy-6-(phenylazo)naphthalene-2,7-disulphonate (C.I. Direct Black 38), added because of its carcinogenicity; - dihexyl phthalate, which is toxic for reproduction; - imidazolidine-2-thione (2-imidazoline-2-thiol) - toxic for reproduction; - lead di(acetate) - toxic for reproduction; - trixylyl phosphate - toxic for reproduction. The producers and importers of any of the seven substances have six months to notify ECHA if any of these substances are present in articles totaling more than one tonne per producer or importer per year, or present in an article at \>0.1%.  The REACH candidate list now contains 151 substances.
