The specifications cover changed to the following: - On Mode Requirements - Ultra High Definition (UHD) TVs - Network Functionalities in Standby-Active, Low - Standby-Passive and Standby-Active, Low Requirements - Harmonization, Removal and Addition of Definitions - Integrated Set-top Box Functionality Interested parties are invited to comment on the Draft 1 specification and data specific to UHD TV performance and Standby-Active, Low no later than June 30, 2014 by emailing televisions@energystar.gov.  EPA will also host a stakeholder webinar and live Q&A on June 17, 2014 to present details on this draft ENERGY STAR specification and data analysis performed to date. EPA is expecting Version 7.0 to come into effect in late summer 2015.
