On the 4th of December the Commission published a draft decision on EMC  which amends the Decision of the Commission of the Customs Union on December 9, 2011 No 879. On the 5th of December the Commission published a draft decision on packaging which amends the Decision of the Commission of the Customs Union August 16, 2011 № 769. All 3 Decisions shall also enter into force 30 days from the date of its official publication.
