France issues draft decree on health warnings against the use of packaging containing bisphenol A in direct contact with foodstuffs intended for children.
"Article 2
The packaging mentioned in point 1 of Article 1, containing bisphenol A, must display the wording “Packaging made using bisphenol A. Use not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women or for children under 3”.
The packaging referred to in point 2 of Article 1, containing bisphenol A, must display the wording “Made using bisphenol A. Use not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women or for children under 3”."
