In response to valuable feedback from our C2P client base, our compliance knowledge management platform, is going through significant reform. And over the next 6 months we will be making C2P more user-friendly, and more powerful.

Using proven methodologies like LEAN UX (User eXperience) and Agile development, huge changes are already taking place behind the scenes. We are currently re-building C2P from the inside out, and like a Phoenix a new interface will emerge from the old and from Q4 onwards, all users will start to see regular changes within C2P.

Designed directly around your compliance tasks, C2P will be easier to use in relation to:

- finding regulations and standards that may apply to you;
- assessing if these regulations and standards actually apply to you;
- being notified if they change;
- understanding what types of requirements they introduce;
- and much more!

C2P will be more powerful in anticipating your needs - by making search more intuitive and striving for a better search experience.

But not only that, all clients will have an opportunity to attend (remotely or in person) one of our design studios. These are 2-hour team sessions where we start with a compliance task you want to be able to complete in C2P and work on developing high-level diagrams of how we can help you achieve this.

Our developers will quickly build a wireframe of how this would look and feel, and send it to you and the design team for review. We will then develop and release the two best designs to a small percentage of our users. After a short period of time we will release the user’s choice (or best performing solution, from your perspective) to all of our users.
