The technical regulations referenced and enforced by the resolution are those proposed by Jordan in 2012 with a view to alignment with EU legislation. Despite this fact, the technical regulations themselves have still not been published. JSMO (Jordan Standards and Metrology Organization) indicates that it is making final preparations to make the texts available. The resolution specifies that, as of the effective date of the relevant technical regulation, products may not be imported unless compliant.
