The amended bill would prohibit the manufacture, sale or distribution of infant cups and bottles, baby food and formula that contain or come in direct physical contact with Bisphenol A. The amendment removed provisions in the original bill that would have required the Health Division of the Department of Health and Human Services to create a list of chemicals of high concern. The bill has been transmitted to the Senate for consideration.
