The Notice is accompanied by a Draft Administrative Order entitled - Procedural Rules and Regulations implementing the Globally Harmonised System (GHS) for Classification and Labelling of Household Hazardous Chemicals and Consumer Products regulated by the Department of Health. Deadline for the submission of position papers is 28 January 2013.
