No. 1272/2008. The provisions of this ordinance shall apply to classification, labeling and packaging of substances or mixtures, which are performed voluntarily by the trader in accordance with Regulation CLP, or its amendments, in the period before it becomes mandatory, under the transitional provisions it provides. The law shall enter into force on the day following its publication.
