President Obama Signs US TSCA Reform Legislation into Law

The Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act, also known as the TSCA Reform or TSCA Modernization bill, has recently been signed into law by President Obama.

The legislation is an amendment of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), and regulates the manufacture, importation, and processing of chemicals, and alters how the Environmental Protection Agency's will evaluate and regulate potentially toxic substances and chemicals.
