Cadmium fluoride and cadmium sulphate are included due to their ‘Carcinogenic', ‘Mutagenic', and ‘Toxic for reproduction' properties, and are also identified as being of ‘Equivalent level of concern based on probable serious effects to human health'. Two benzotriazole substances (*UV-320 and UV-328*) are also identified as being ‘persistent bioaccumulative and toxic and very persistent and very bioaccumulative (PBT/vPvB)'.  The other two substances, DOTEand the reaction mass of DOTE:MOTE, are identified as being ‘Toxic for reproduction'. DEHP (bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate), which is already on the Candidate List, will have its entry updated to include the fact that it meets the criteria for identification as a Substance of Very High Concern (SVHC) because of its endocrine disrupting properties causing probable serious effects to the environment. These substances will also be considered for the List of Substances subject to Authorization (Annex XIV of the REACH Regulation).
