Stacey Bowers of Compliance & Risks has joined the Green Chemistry Task Force for the [Personal Care Products Council (PCPC)](http://www.personalcarecouncil.org), the leading American trade association for the cosmetic and personal care products industry, represents more than 600 member companies. The Green Chemistry Task Force provides vital input into the technical evaluation of chemical management regulations. It also works with various state and federal environmental agencies to advocate for changes and the task force is made up primarily of environmental scientists and regulatory and legal experts.

In addition, Stacey will participate on the International Committee.  The objective of this group is to help create and implement a favorable regulatory and business climate in various international markets. Participants exchange information on the international cosmetics industry on areas of mutual concern and develop industry positions on regulatory, technical, trade and business issues.

Stacey has 15 years experience providing consultation on labeling, restricted substances, safety and testing to consumer products retailers and manufacturers, with a special focus on the apparel, footwear, jewelry & toy industries.
