This regulation applies to hazardous substances listed in Annex 5.6 of the Hazardous Substances List and requires manufacturers and importers to notify hazardous substance production and import \>1000kg/yr. The notification shall be submitted within 60 days from the date when the manufacture or importation of hazardous substances exceeds the quantity limitation.
