<https://go.adherent.com/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/9E1pU3yL_400x400.png>The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will hold public meetings on August 9-10 to get input on the processes that will be used to prioritize and evaluate chemicals under the **Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA)** as updated by the new **Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act**.

The feedback from these meetings will be considered as the EPA develops its proposed procedural regulations for risk evaluation and chemical prioritization.
