The licenses in question were erroneously published on January 6th, 2014 with a reference to reporting requirements in connection with the Transparency Initiative, however this requirement is not in fact necessary in relation to the permits. An exporter who wishes to export goods under the authority of one of these licenses must, prior to his first exportation, inform the Secretary of State of his intention to export goods under the license in question, and of the address where relevant records and documentation may be inspected.  This notification must be made via the Export Control Organisation electronic licensing system, SPIRE, at [www.spire.bis.gov.uk](http://www.spire.bis.gov.uk).
