In parallel, EPA has begun a 30-day public comment period on the ICR (Information Collection Request). The ICR evaluates the implications of imposing data requests for these chemicals. As a result of this process the EPA will issue orders requesting screening data under the Endocrine Disruptor Screening Program (EDSP) as early as this September.
