Washington’s New Bill on Energy Efficiency has passed the House and is now before the Senate.  The bill would establish new [**energy efficiency standards**](http://www.complianceandrisks.com/about/what-we-do/energy-efficiency/) for certain new products sold, offered for sale, or installed in the state.  These products include:

- Certain halogen lamps
- Certain battery charger systems
- Small diameter directional lamps
- State-regulated LED lamps
- HVAC air filters
