It introduces approval standards for export approval of lead acid batteries for OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) member countries, as well as requirements on application documents. All public comments can be submitted via the [METI website](http://www.meti.go.jp/english/) (deadline: March 8, 2017).
