The draft standard contains a list of international and Chinese standards related to hazardous chemicals, such as Oeko-Tex and [**EU Reach Regulation**](http://www.complianceandrisks.com/about/regulated-areas/reach/), as well as 103 chemical restrictions for consumer products. These have been defined in the standard as products manufactured and designed for, but not limited to, personal use for accessories, packaging, product components, parts and product instructions. If enforced, this draft standard shall be introduced on a voluntary base. It can be used in accordance with existing mandatory national standards for hazardous chemical restrictions in the following ten types of consumer products, including: - Textiles and clothes - Children's products - Household appliances - Information technology equipment - Furnishing and decoration material - Furniture The restrictions that have been outlined in this draft are technical references for use by manufacturers when producing new-type consumer products.
