On the 27th of November the Australian Government published 2 new Statutory instruments which will amend Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Regulations SR 1995 No. 389 and which will implement the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Act 1989
Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 3) relates to Application fees and commences on 1 January 2013.
Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 4) relates to the Applications of Methyl Bromide on the Non-QPS Exemption and Intermediate Supplier Lists, and also commences on 1 January 2013.
