California Senate Passes Bill to Ban BPA in Baby Cups and Bottles

On 30 August, 2011, the California Senate passed an amended version of Assembly Bill 1319, which would ban bisphenol-A in baby bottles and sippy cups. The bill has been sent back to the Assembly for consideration of the Senate amendments. For further details, please contact us.
