The Conflict-Free Sourcing Initiative (CFSI) has updated its free, standardized reporting template to version 3.02. The template enables the conveying of information through the supply chain regarding mineral country of origin and smelters and refiners being utilized.
It also facilitates the identification of new smelters and refiners to potentially undergo an audit via the CFSI’s Conflict-Free Smelter Program.
