Delaware passes Senate Bill on BPA in children's products

On June 30, the Governor signed Delaware Senate Bill 70 prohibiting the sale of children's bottles or cups containg bisphenol-A. The ban on sale by merchants takes effect July 1, 2012.  For more information on this Bill please contact us
