EU Public Consultation on Data and Transaction Reporting Framework for Wholesale Energy Markets

The EU Commission has just launched today a public consultation on the implementation of a data and transaction reporting framework for wholesale energy markets. The purpose is to assist the Commission in the preparation of implementing acts to be adopted in accordance with Articles 8(2), 8(5) and 21(2) of Regulation (EU) No. 1227/2011 on wholesale energy market integrity and transparency.
