Under EU REACH, four potential substances of very high concern (SVHCs) have been included in the Registry of Intentions, meaning that member states intend to prepare dossiers on the substances to make a case for their designation as SVHCs.
Austria intends to evaluate two octyltin substances and Germany plans to resubmit two benzotriazole dossiers: 2-benzotriazol-2-yl-4,6-di-tert-butylphenol (UV-320) and 2-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-4,6-ditertpentylphenol (UV-328).
