French Senate Supports BPA Food Contact & CMR Substance Ban from July 2015

From July 2015, France will ban Bisphenol A (BPA) in all food contact materials and substances classified as carcinogenic, mutagenic or toxic for reproduction (CMR) category 2 or as endocrine disrupting chemicals in all medical equipment used by pregnant and breastfeeding women, babies and children under the age of three.
