On September 20th 2012 the Russian Federation published a Government Resolution on the specifics of marking of products released into circulation for the first time. This Resolution is in force since the 2nd of October 2012
On the same date the Russian Federation also published a Government Resolution on declaration of conformity for products released into circulation for the first time. This resolution is in force since the 28th of September 2012
Both resolutions implement Russian Federal Law No 184-FZ, 2002 on product safety and consumer protection.
