Spain issues Draft Royal Decree transposing RoHS Recast Directive 2011/65/EU Spain has issued a draft Royal Decree to implement Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive 2011/65/EU.
The proposal does not contain additional requirements compared with the EU Directive. The draft would repeal Article 3(a) and Annex II of Royal Decree 208/2005 with effect from January 3, 2013.
The deadline for comment is 12 December.
