Swiss Consultation on Proposed Amendment to ORRChem

The Swiss Department of the Environment, Transport, Energy and Communications (DETEC) recently launched a consultation on a proposed amendment to the 2005 Reduction of Risks Linked to Chemical Products Ordinance (ORRChem) to include a restriction on the use and marketing of certain substances dangerous for the environment and human health so that they are more in line with those in REACH Regulation and RoHS recast Directive.  The deadline for comments is 25 May 2012.
