The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending its public comment period for the proposed Significant New Use Rule under the Toxic Substances Control Act on toluene diisocyanates (TDI) and related compounds to April 30, 2015.
The extension comes in response to the public stating that there may be significant implications for the supply chain and to give stakeholders sufficient time to respond to the proposed rule making.
