Turkey's Ministry of Economy has notified the World Trade Organization (WTO) of a Draft Decree on Technical Regulations on Products subject to Foreign Trade and Controls.
"This Decree covers technical regulations on products subject to foreign trade and controls that are to be applied to those products, powers and responsibilities of authorities in charge of controls and customs authorities within this framework, responsibilities of competent authorities, importers and exporters, penalties to be applied and relevant notifications."
