US EPA Extends Comment Period for Proposed Nanoscale Materials Regulation

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the comment period on a proposed rule regarding a nanoscale materials reporting and record keeping regulation under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).

EPA will accept comments until August 5, 2015 on the proposed rule.
