Washington’s New Bill on Energy Efficiency has passed the House and is now before the Senate. The bill would establish new energy efficiency standards for certain new products sold, offered for sale, or installed in the state. These products include:
- Certain halogen lamps
- Certain battery charger systems
- Small diameter directional lamps
- State-regulated LED lamps
- HVAC air filters
