The Washington State Senate is considering a bill, SB 6540, to restrict the sale, offer or distribution of children's products or residential upholstered furniture containing tris(1,3-dichloro-2-propyl)phosphate (TDCPP) or tris(2-chloroethyl)phosphate (TCEP) in excess of 100 ppm in any product component.
