Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade has released the list of accredited organizations for the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing, inspection and certification of household and similar electrical and electronic equipment (EEE).
Appliances covered are water heaters, drills, self-ballasted bulbs, vacuum cleaners, clothes washers, refrigerators/freezers and air conditioners.
This follows the publication on 9 January 2018 of the lists of certification bodies accredited to perform testing, verification and certification for electrical and electronic equipment and children’s toys.
